균일 분산 및 수직 적층된 도전 입자를 함유하는 다층 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법 및 상기 폴리머 필름을 사용한 반도체 패키지 시험용 소켓 인터포저가 개시된다. 열가소성 폴리머 필름과 열경화성 폴리머 필름을 교차시킨 구조로 복합 폴리머 필름을 제조한다.
