본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 토크 측정 장치는 하부에 위치하는 제2 로터; 나선형 스프링 형상으로 감겨있는 구조로 형성되고, 제1 로터의 하부면에 일단부가 결합되고, 제2 로터의 상부면에 타단부가 결합되는 코일부; 및 코일부가 삽입되고, 코일부의 원주방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 배치된 복수의 광학 센서 유닛을 포함한다.
