본 발명은 반도체 제조 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 에지 비드 효과를 제거할 수 있는 스핀 코팅 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명의 스핀 코팅 장치는 웨이퍼를 지지하고 회전시키며, 상기 회전 시 에지 비드가 형성될 연장부를 포함하고, 홈이 형성된 에지 익스텐션 척 및 상기 웨이퍼와 상기 에지 익스텐션 척을 결합시키는 결합 척을 포함한다.이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 에지 비드 효과를 효율적으로 제거할 수 있다.
