그래핀 봉지막의 제조 방법에서, 베이스 기판 상에 제1 그래핀층을 형성한다. 대상 기판 상에 제1 유기막을 접합시킨다. 제1 그래핀층을 베이스 기판으로부터 기계적으로 박리시켜 제1 유기막 상에 전사시킨다.
