| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 정보가전제품의 활용을 극대화 할 수 있는 새로운 개념의 인터랙티브 튜터 온라인제품매뉴얼의 개발을 제안하며, 온라인제품매뉴얼 개발 프로세스를 구축하고 설계이론 및 제작기준을 제안함으로써 온라인제품매뉴얼 개발의 표준안적 가이드라인을 마련하는 것이다. 또한 실제 제안한 개발 프로세스를 적용, 웹을 기반으로 멀티미디어를 활용한 프로토타입을 제작해 봄으로써 개발의 가능성 및 효용성을 살펴보고자 한다. 멀티미디어 환경에서 다양한 멀티미디어 매체를 이용하여 제품매뉴얼의 정보를 전달하며 특히 제품기능정보를 3D 시뮬레이션과 단계별 시뮬레이션을 통한 튜터링 기법을 이용하여 사용자의 경험 구축 및 인터랙티브한 정보전달과정 등을 연구한다. 즉 인터랙티브한 정보의 전달 및 이해방법에 대한 대안개발과 다차원적 서비스 제공의 체계 구축을 목적으로 하여 실제 웹상에서 사용자를 위한 인터랙티브 튜터 온라인제품매뉴얼의 프로토타입을 제작해 봄으로써 개발과정에서 고려사항과 시스템화 및 가능성에 관하여 연구하였다. | kor |
