TDR/TDT and jitter analysis by crosstalk in single and differential meander delay lines for high speed PCB applications고속 인쇄회로기판에 응용되는 단일 및 차동 사행(巳行) 지연 전송선에서 발생하는 누화로 인한 반사 및 통과파형과 지터의 분석
Nowadays the tendency of most electrical devices is mobile. As a natural consequence it follows that PCB (Printed Circuit Board) in electrical devices get small as much as possible. However, signals are often required essential delay or skew between chips or packages. Meander delay lines, or serpentine delay lines, are frequently used to achieve the necessary delay or skew in high-speed digital systems. In this paper, simple TDR/TDT equation and Jitter equation to predict the TDR/TDT waveform and Jitter value from the $1^{st}$ crosstalk in single and differential meander line were proposed, in the view of the signal integrity problem. The equations were verified by using TDR/TDT measurement and Jitter measurement.
