본 발명은 생체 모사 촉각 센서, 이를 포함하는 로봇 피부 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 구체적으로는 복수의 전극 및 복수의 마이크로폰이 분산 배치된 기저 층; 상기 기저 층 상에 배치된 하이드로겔 층; 및 상기 하이드로겔 층상에 배치되는 자극 수용 층;을 포함하며, 압력, 진동 또는 이들 모두를 동반하는 촉각 자극을 감지하는, 생체 모사 촉각 센서에 관한 것이다.
