물-용매 이성분계 시스템을 이용한 폐커피로부터 플랫폼 케미컬 및 지방산의 동시 제조방법In-situ Production of Platform Chemicals and Fatty Acids Using Spent Coffee Grounds in Water-Solvent Biphasic System
본 발명은 물과 용매로 이루어진 이성분계 시스템에 촉매 없이 고온의 열용매 효과를 활용함으로써 물과 용매를 촉매 전구체로 이용하여 효율적으로 커피 찌꺼기의 셀룰로오즈 성분 가수분해와 지질 추출을 촉진시키고 물층에서는 셀룰로오즈 기반 플랫폼 케미컬인 레불린산과 포름산을, 유기용매 층에서는 지질기반의 지방산을 동시에 추출하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
