강유전체 기반 메모리 소자 및 그 제조 방법이 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따르면 강유전체 기반 메모리 소자는, 강유전체층의 커패시턴스가 게이트 절연막의 커패시턴스보다 작도록 조절되는 구조 및/또는 강유전체층에 인가되는 전기장이 게이트 절연막에 인가되는 전기장보다 크도록 조절되는 구조를 포함할 수 있다.
