바이리스터 소자를 기반으로 하는 난수 발생기가 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따르면, 바이리스터 소자 기반 난수 발생기는, 무작위 아날로그 전압 진동을 유발하여 아날로그 전압 신호를 출력하는 2단자 기반 반도체 바이리스터 소자; 상기 2단자 기반 반도체 바이리스터 소자로 전류를 입력하는 입력 전류원; 및 상기 아날로그 전압 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환시키는 아날로그-디지털 변환기 모듈을 포함한다.
