적응적 인스턴스 정규화 기반 흉부 방사선 영상 분할 방법 및 그 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 흉부 방사선 영상 분할 방법은 흉부 방사선 영상을 수신하는 단계; 및 적응적 인스턴스 정규화(adaptive instance normalization)와 함께 미리 학습된 분할 모델 기반의 단일 뉴럴 네트워크를 이용하여 상기 흉부 방사선 영상에서 장기 영역을 분할하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 장기 영역을 분할하는 단계는 상기 단일 뉴럴 네트워크와 사전 구축된 적응적 인스턴스 정규화 코드를 이용하여 상기 흉부 방사선 영상의 폐에서 장기 영역을 분할할 수 있다.
