유기금속화학기상증착 방법을 이용한 Bi2O2Se 박막 제조방법으로, 기상의 프리커서를 제 1 온도에서 분해하는 단계; 상기 분해된 성분으로부터 이용한 Bi2O2Se 화합물을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 Bi2O2Se 화합물을 제 2 온도로 기판 상에 증착하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유기금속화학기상증착 방법을 이용한 Bi2O2Se 박막 제조방법이 제공된다.
