고분자 박막이 코팅된 소수성 기판을 이용한 뇌 아교세포 분리 배양 방법Isolation method of glial cells using polymer thin film-coated hydrophobic substrate
본 발명은 개시제를 이용한 화학 기상 증착법(iCVD, initiated chemical vapor deposition)으로 배양 기판에 고분자 박막이 코팅된 소수성 기판을 이용하여 혼합된 아교세포를 분리 배양하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 iCVD 공정을 이용한 메타아크릴레이트계 화합물 또는 환형 실록산계 화합물 고분자 박막이 코팅된 배양 기판으로 아교세포를 배양함으로써 단일세포인 미세아교세포, 성상세포 및 희소돌기아교세포로 구성된 3차원 세포 덩이인 스페로이드로 정밀하고 높은 효율로 분리할 수 있다.
