The moderating role of market strategy in explaining csr-performance link: A multi-level model

With three-wave longitudinal survey data of 3,487 employees in 517 branches and archival data from a Korean commercial bank, we examine whether employee engagement mediates the relationship between CSR and financial performance, and investigate if market strategies interact with the non-market strategy (CSR) to affect the mediation.
