본 발명은 상, 하부 분리벽형 반응 증류에 의한 헥실 아세테이트(hexyl acetate), 아밀 아세테이트(amyl acetate) 및 부틸 아세테이트(butyl acetate)의 제조방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 하나의 장치에서 세 가지의 에스터화 반응 및 분리가 동시에 가능하며, 상, 하부 분할 벽 사이의 공간이 반응 증류부와 증류부 사이의 액체 증기간의 접촉으로 인한 에너지 절감 효과가 있어 기존에 반드시 필요했던 반응 증류부 보일러 혹은 증류부 응축기의 투자비를 절약할 수 있다.
