광학 구조체, 생체인식 센서 및 그 제조 방법Optical structure, biometric sensor, and methods of fabricating the same
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 생체인식 센서는 트랜지스터; 트랜지스터에 인접하여 배치되며, 지문 인식을 위한 청색광 및/또는 정맥 인식을 위한 적색광 내지 근적외광에 반응하는 포토 다이오드; 및 포토 다이오드 상에 광을 선별적으로 유도하도록 배치되는 광학 구조체;를 포함하되, 상기 광학 구조체는 서로 이격된 복수의 핀홀과 핀홀을 한정하는 격벽을 구비하는 실리콘 구조체; 및 복수의 핀홀을 각각 충전(filling)하는 글래스 광학부;를 포함한다.
