Using a 20 zs/Hzl'2 resolution self-heterodyne -based jitter measurement method, we demonstrate the generation of 113 -as (2.5-fs) timing jitter [integration bandwidth: 100 kHz (10 kHz) -3 MHz] soliton pulse train from a 22-GHz silica microcomb.
