농도 구배를 가지는 블록을 포함한 이중 블록 공중합체 및 이를 이용한 미세 패턴 형성 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 블록 공중합체는 제1 블록; 및 농도 구배(gradient)를 가지는 랜덤 공중합체(random copolymer)를 포함하는 제2 블록을 포함하며, 상기 제1 블록은 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA)를 포함하고, 상기 제2 블록은 스타이렌(S)과 펜타플루오로스티렌(PFS) 농도 구배를 가지는 랜덤 공중합체를 포함할 수 있다.
