개시제 및 플라스마를 이용한 화학 기상 증착 시스템 및 그 동작 방법SYSTEM OF INITIATED PLASMA ENHANCED CHEMICAL VAPOR DEPOSITION AND THE METHOD THEREOF
본 발명은 개시제와 플라스마를 같이 이용하여 고분자 박막을 증착하는 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 플라스마 강화 화학 기상 증착(Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition; PECVD)부에서 전극에 의해 세기가 조절된 플라스마와 개시제를 사용하는 화학 기상 증착(initiated Chemical Vapor Deposition; iCVD)부로 주입되는 개시제를 이용하여 기판 상에 iPECVD 고분자 박막(Polymer thin film)을 증착하는 메인 챔버를 포함한다.
