딥러닝 기반의 질환 위험 유전 변이 발굴 장치Deep learning-based disease risk variants detection device
컴퓨팅 장치에서, 특정 질병에 대한 통계적 연관성을 갖는 단서 SNP들 선택하고, 상기 각 단서 SNP들에 대하여 후보 SNP들을 선택하여 M*Nn 디멘젼의 학습이미지를 생성하고, 상기 학습이미지를 이용하여 딥러닝 모델을 학습시키고, 그리고 상기 학습된 딥러닝 모델을 이용하여 임의의 SNP가 상기 특정 질병의 원인 변이인지 여부를 판단하는 기술을 공개한다.
