이산화탄소로부터 이종원소가 도핑된 탄소나노튜브의 제조방법Method of Synthesizing Heteroatom-Doped Carbon Nanotube Derived From Carbon Dioxide
본 발명은 이산화탄소로부터 이종원소가 도핑된 탄소나노튜브의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 수소화붕소 환원제와 금속 촉매로 구성된 복합체를 도입하고 이산화탄소 기반의 화학기상증착법을 이용함으로써 온화한 조건에서도 안정한 이산화탄소 기체를 활성화시킬 수 있고, 동시에 이로부터 탄소나노튜브를 대량 생산할 수 있다.
