본 발명은 비전도성 폴리머 막, 비전도성 폴리머 페이스트 및 이들을 포함하는 반도체 패키지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 막 형태의 비전도성 폴리머 기재 내에 평균 입경이 약 1 nm 내지 약 200 nm인 아연(Zn) 입자를 함유하는 비전도성 폴리머 막 및 이를 포함하는 반도체 패키지를 제공한다. 본 발명의 비전도성 폴리머 막 및 비전도성 폴리머 페이스트를 이용하면 전기적 접속 특성이 우수하고 신뢰성이 높은 반도체 패키지를 간단한 공정을 통하여 저렴하게 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
