대면적 그레인을 가지는 패턴, 및 이의 제조방법Pattern having a large grain, and method for preparing the same
본 발명은 기판 상에 도포된 블록공중합체를 FLA 방식의 램프로 광조사하여 자기조립 패턴을 형성하는 패턴 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조되는 대면적 패턴에 관한 것으로, 수 내지 수십 밀리초(㎳)의 매우 짧은 어닐링 시간에도 패턴이 효과적으로 형성될 뿐 아니라, 대면적으로 동일한 배향이 가능하여 대면적의 그레인을 가지는 패턴을 형성할 수 있다.
