본 출원에 의해 개시되는 전자 소자들에 전류를 공급하기 위한 기판 전류 채널 및 전자 소자들의 접지를 위한 그라운드 플레인을 포함하는 회로 기판의 설계 방법은, 그라운드 플레인과 전류 채널 간 거리 정보, 기판 전류 채널의 피크 전류 정보 및 그라운드 플레인의 스펙 정보를 획득하는 단계, 스펙 정보에 기초하여 그라운드 플레인의 절연한계 전압 정보를 획득하는 단계 및 거리 정보, 피크 전류 정보 및 절연한계 전압 정보에 기초하여 그라운드 플레인의 절연한계 두께 정보를 결정하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
