We present real-time and wide dynamic range measurement of sub-femtometer scale displacement of microcavity. We achieve power spectral density of displacement on the MgF2 whispering gallery mode(WGM) microcavity with sub-femtometer displacement sensitivity. (C) 2019 The Author(s)
