말론산 생성능을 가지는 재조합 변이미생물 및 이를 이용한 말론산의 제조방법Recombinant Variant Microorganism Having a Producing Ability of Malonic Acid and Method for Preparing Malonic Acid Using the Same
본 발명은 말론산 생성능을 가지는 재조합 변이미생물 및 이를 이용한 말론산의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 자세하게는 말로닉 세미알데하이드(malonic semialdehyde) 생성능을 가지는 미생물에 세미알데하이드 탈수소효소(semialdehyde dehydrogenase)를 코딩하는 유전자가 도입되어 있는 말론산 생성능을 가지는 변이미생물 및 이를 이용한 말론산의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 변이미생물은 생물학적 방법으로 세미알데하이드 탈수소효소(semialdehyde dehydrogenase) 활성을 가지는 효소의 발현을 통하여 베타 알라닌 또는 다양한 탄소원으로부터 말로닉 세미알데하이드(malonic semialdehyde)를 중간대사물로 이용하여 말론산을 효과적으로 제조하는데 유용하다.
