We present a method to measure extended scattering information from individual microscopic samples. Selectively synthetizing scattered light fields of a sample with different illumination conditions, the angle range of scattering measurement is extended up to twice the numerical aperture of an imaging system with unprecedented sensitivity and precision. The extended scattering information of individual healthy human red blood cells (RBCs), and Plasmodium falciparum-parasitized RBCs (Pf-RBCs) are presented.
