본 발명은 레이저 유도 어닐링을 이용한 양자점 나노구조체 제조 방법 및 양자점 패턴 제조 방법 및 블록공중합체-결합(conjugated) 발광양자점에 관한 것으로, 양자점을 준비하고, 블록공중합체를 준비하고, 상기 양자점과 상기 블록공중합체가 화학적으로 결합하여 블록공중합체-결합(conjugated) 양자점을 형성하고, 상기 블록공중합체-결합(conjugated) 양자점을 기재에 도포하여 블록공중합체-결합(conjugated) 양자점 필름을 형성하고, 상기 필름을 어닐링하여 상기 블록공중합체-결합(conjugated) 양자점이 자기조립현상(self-as주사전자현미경bly)을 통해 양자점 나노구조체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 어닐링은 상기 필름에 레이저 조사를 통해 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양자점 나노구조체 제조 방법을 제공한다.
