비구형 형태의 전도성 입자를 이용한 굴곡이 있는 기판의 전기 접속용 이방성 전도 필름이 제시된다. 상부 기판과 하부 기판 사이에 압착되는 이방성 전도 필름에 있어서, 상기 상부 기판과 하부 기판 사이에 배치되는 접착제 층; 및 상기 접착제 층 내에 배열되며, 상기 상부 기판과 하부 기판 중 적어도 하나의 기판에 형성되는 요철의 폭보다 큰 폭을 가진 다수의 비구형 형태의 전도성 입자들을 포함할 수 있다.
