위상 검출기Phase Detector
위상 검출기를 개시한다.본 실시예에 의하면, 레퍼런스 클럭 신호와 피드백 클럭 신호의 위상차를 검출함에 있어서, 데드존에 의한 에러 발생을 감소시킬 수 있는 위상 검출기를 제공하는 데 주된 목적이 있다.
