박막 트랜지스터용 고분자 절연막의 제조방법Method of Preparing Polymer Insulator Film for Thin-Film Transistor
본 발명은 개시제를 이용한 화학기상증착법(initiated chemical vapor deposition, iCVD)을 이용하고 높은 유전상수를 나타내는 사이아나이드(cyanide) 또는 히드록시(hydroxyl) 작용기를 가진 단량체를 디비닐에테르 작용기를 가진 가교제를 이용해 가교하여 절연막의 절연특성을 증가시킬 수 있으며, 20~100nm의 매우 얇은 두께에서도 매우 작은 누설전류만 나타내 유기반도체뿐만 아니라 산화물반도체를 이용한 TFT에 적용하여 낮은 구동전압을 가진 고성능 TFT를 제작할 수 있다.
