자동차 도어용 임팩트빔의 복합재료 대체화 연구A Study on the Replacement of the Side Door Impact Beam with Composite Materials
The test procedure of FMVSS 214 to a high strength steel and a composite impact beam is simulated using a nonlinear implicit finite element code ABAQUS. To compensate the lack of load in a composite impact beam, composite, models reinforced by a steel pipe are simulated. Among the reinforced models, an externally reinforced one has the larget average load.
