Wireless power transfer (WPT) systems, such as an electric vehicle (EV) charger, generate relatively intense resonant magnetic fields, which lead to performance degradation of analog-to-digital converter (ADC), an essential circuit for sensors in automotive system. It is difficult to estimate the WPT system noise effects on ADC considering the chip-PCB-cable hierarchical structure. Thus, we propose a hierarchical analysis model considering cables and harmonics to estimate WPT system noise effects on ADCs for the increased reliability of chip performance. In this research, we propose a hierarchical analysis model that can estimate the WPT system EMI effects on ADC with chip-PCB-cable hierarchical structure. In addition, we propose a hierarchical analysis model considering harmonics of WPT system. Finally, we verify the proposed model with the simulation and measurement.
