본 발명은 접속할 상하 전자부품의 접속부 전극을 정렬하는 단계; 상기 상하 접속부 전극 사이에 존재하는 접착제에 초음파 에너지를 인가하여 경화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품간의 접속방법을 제공한다.
