본 발명은 고분자 전해질 연료전지용 복합막의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 수소 이온 전도성 물질로 술폰화된 탄화수소계열의 고분자에 치수 안정성이 우수한 불화수소 계열 고분자를 도입하여 수화에 따른 치수 안정성이 우수하며 수소 이온 전도도가 개선된 고분자 복합막의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
