펄스 레이저의 분산을 조절하는 단계, 및 상기 분산이 조절된 펄스 레이저를 가공물에 입사시켜 상기 가공물을 가공하는 단계를 포함하는 레이저 가공방법이 공개된다. 상기 분산은, 상기 가공물 내에서 상기 펄스 레이저의 펄스 폭이 상기 가공물 중 상기 펄스 레이저의 입사 지점을 지난 미리 결정된 지점에서 최소가 되도록 조절된다.
