본 발명은 멤즈 가변 캐패시터 및 그의 구동 방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명의 멤즈 가변 캐패시터는 제 1 전극과; 상기 제 1 전극 상부로 부상(浮上)되어 있는 제 2 전극과; 상기 제 2 전극 측면에 이격되어 있는 고정 전극과; 상기 제 2 전극과 상기 고정 전극 사이에 위치되어 있고, 상기 제 2 전극에 연결되어 있으며, 상기 고정 전극에 인가된 전압에 의해 상기 고정 전극과 물리적으로 접촉되는 유동 전극을 포함한다.
