독립 나노 구조체의 3차원 구조에 대한 ＡＦＭ 정밀 측정 방법method for high-resolution AFM measurement for three dimensional structure of free-standing nano structure
본 발명에 따른 독립 나노 구조체의 3차원 구조에 대한 AFM 정밀 측정 방법은 독립 나노 구조체의 주위에 미세 분자를 다층으로 성장시켜 상기 독립 나노 구조체를 고정하는 고정 단계; 상기 미세 분자를 열처리하여 상기 미세 분자의 표면을 평탄화시키는 평탄화 단계; 및 상기 독립 나노 구조체의 상부에 AFM 탐침을 배치하여 상기 독립 나노 구조체를 측정하는 측정 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
