테라헤르츠 시간 도메인 분광 장치 및 상기 분광 장치를 이용한 영상 장치를 개시한다. 테라헤르츠 시간 도메인 분광 장치는 테라헤르츠 빔을 광원으로 하고 시간 도메인을 이용하여 물체에 대한 2D 영상을 결상하는 광학계; 및, 상기 광학계 상에 상기 시간 도메인을 변형하는 랜덤 패턴을 형성하는 조절계를 포함할 수 있다. 테라헤르츠 시간 도메인 분광(terahertz time domain spectrum), 퓨리에 도메인, 랜덤 패턴(random pattern), 이진 패턴(binary pattern), 압축 센싱(compressed sensing), 스캔없는 영상(scanless image)
