본 발명은 클록 신호를 송신하는 분할 링 공진기(split ring resonator) 안테나로 형성된 분할 링 공진기 송신기 및 상기 분할 링 공진기 송신기와 소정 거리 이격되어 공진 커플링에 의해 상기 클록 신호를 전송받는 분할 링 공진기 수신기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공진 커플링과 플라즈마 파동에 의한 비선형 효과를 이용한 송수신기에 관한 것이다.
