배향된 탄소 구조체를 갖는 복합 필름의 제조 방법이 제공된다. 상기 방법은, 베이스 막(base layer)을 준비하는 단계, 및 상기 베이스 막 상에, 탄소 구조체(carbon structure)가 분산된 복합 필름(composite film)을 형성하되, 상기 복합 필름은 B 스테이지(stage) 상태인 것을 포함한다.
