전력 증폭기POWER AMPLIFIER
본 발명은 전력 증폭기에 관한 것으로, 병렬 연결된 적어도 둘의 캐스코드 증폭기를 구비하여 입력 신호를 증폭하는 증폭부; 및 상기 둘의 캐스코드 증폭기의 커먼 게이트 노드에 바이어스 전원을 공급하고, 상기 커먼 게이트 노드의 임피던스를 조절하여 상기 커먼 게이트 노드에서의 사전에 설정된 베이스밴드 주파수 대역의 신호를 제거하는 바이어스 공급부를 포함하는 전력 증폭기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
