산화아연 박막의 제조방법Manufacturing method for preparing ZnO thin films
본 발명은, 전기적 및 광학적 특성이 우수한 붕소 또는 탄탈럼이 도핑된 산화아연(ZnO) 박막을 제조하는데 있어 정전분무법을 사용함으로서, 기존에 금속이 도핑된 산화아연 박막을 생성하는 공정에 비해 간단할 뿐만 아니라 낮은 저항도 및 높은 투과도를 지니는 산화아연 박막을 제공한다.
