리더, 상기 리더를 포함하는 태그 수 추정 시스템, 및 태그수 추정 방법Reader, Tag population estimation system having the same, and method for estimating tag population
태그 수를 추정할 수 있는 리더가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 리더는, 각 슬롯의 충돌이 발생하였을 경우에 충돌이 발생한 슬롯에 수신된 다수의 응답 신호들을 주파수 영역의 신호들로 변환하고, 변환된 신호들에서 첨점의 개수를 산출하여 산출된 첨점의 개수에 기초해서 충돌이 발생한 다수의 태그들의 개수를 추정할 수 있다. 따라서, 종래의 방식에 비해 태그의 개수가 매우 정확하게 예측될 수 있으며, 프레임 사이즈가 효율적으로 결정될 수 있다.
