고주파 변조기, 이를 이용한 신호 변조 방법 및 이를 포함하는 고주파 송신기High frequency modulator using switching resonance frequency
고주파 변조기는 공진기, 제1 버랙터(varactor) 및 제2 버랙터를 포함한다. 상기 공진기는 반송파 신호를 수신하는 제1 단자 및 변조 신호를 출력하는 제2 단자를 포함한다. 상기 제1 버랙터는 상기 공진기의 제1 단자와 제1 노드 사이에 연결된다. 상기 제2 버랙터는 상기 공진기의 제2 단자와 상기 제1 노드 사이에 연결된다. 상기 제1 및 제2 버랙터들에 인가되는 데이터 신호에 기초하여 공진 주파수가 변하며, 상기 공진 주파수의 변화에 기초하여 상기 변조 신호를 제어한다.
