캐스코드 증폭단Cascode Amplifier
본 발명은 고주파 회로의 신뢰성을 향상 시킬 수 있는 캐스코드 증폭단에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 고주파 회로 내에서 증폭단을 캐스코드(Cascode) 구조로 형성하고, 과도한 전원 전압이 인가되었을 경우, 회로 내의 전류를 감소 시켜 회로내의 과도한 전압 강하를 방지 할 목적으로, 캐스코드 구조로 된 증폭단의 저항 성분을 증가시키는 게이트 전압 제어 회로를 구비한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 고주파 회로 구조의 변경 없이도 신뢰성을 향상 시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.
