본 발명은 고품질의 다결정 실리콘 박막을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 다결정 실리콘 박막 위에 실리콘 에피택시 (Silicon epitaxy) 층을 성장시켜 결정화된 다결정 실리콘 박막 표면에 존재하는 금속 오염과 결정 결함을 줄이고 고품질의 다결정 실리콘 박막을 제조함으로써 그 위에 제조되는 소자의 특성을 향상시키는 방안을 제시한다.
