dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the applicability of bilateral-unilateral upper limb by infrared thermo- graphy in collegiate male(n=8). Exercise protocol to induce DOMS that was continued 5 days with 50 repetitions in 180°/ sec, and infrared thermography examination was executed before DOMS and 1, 3 days after DOMS. The data analyzed using independent t-test to compare difference of body surface temperature among exercise types using SPSS 12.0 for window. The results demonstrated that Infrared thermography used to analyze difference pain by motor irradiation among recovery process after provoking muscle soreness by repetitive exercise by bilateral and uni-lateral. The results of infrared thermography after DOMS was affected by region, and the degree of 1 day after DOMS was low because of bilateral exercise which was affected by motor irradiation. In conclusion, pain measuring means were affected by bilateral and unilateral involvement which are related to motor irradiation.-
