The purpose of this study was to estimate the correlation of lifestyle, fitness level, and metabolic syndrome in elder women. The subjects of this study were 205 elder women with aged ranged between 60 and 76 years old(63.85±3.35). Each physical fitness factor presented is divided by 5 phases and according to each factor cardiorespiratory endurance is good (66.8%), grip strength is very bad(65.4%), sit-up is very bad (48.8%), push-ups is average(27.3%), and flexibility is average(30.7%). Each factors are distribution level variously. Physical fitness factor of group by risk factor number of metabolic syndrome are significantly but between groups are not significantly. Life habit questionnaire connected with exercise habit, exercise frequency, exercise time, and exercise intensity are showed that exercise habits are 134 older women(65.4%) and exercise frequency are 83 older women(40.5%) that reply do more than 3th. In summary, this study was demonstrated that between metabolic syndrome risk factors relationship were significantly related with SBP, DBP, WC, glucose, and TG(p<.01). Metabolic syndrome risk factors were not significant relationship with physical fitness factors. Therefore this study were demonstrated that metabolic syndrome risk factors range were significantly correlated with metabolic syndrome and metabolic syndrome risk factors were significantly correlated with exercise frequency and exercise duration.
