Diverse textured surface have attracted a high interest due to its various applications including advanced photonics and interface sciences. Even if many surprising results to fabricate such textured surface have been achieved, all introduced methods are still restricted by a number of factors such as control of structural features, inherently defects, and complicated process. Herein, we suggest a facile and scalable manner of nanotextured surface reliefs with precisely controlled structural feature by using directional photofluidization lithography(DPL). In this study, we show that the features of 3D textured surface including shapes and modulation heights could be deterministically controllable without complicated process. Moreover, we suggest the clue of the origin of surface relief gratings(SRGs) formation onto azopolymer film in terms of polymeric bulk photo-flows, directional photofluidization, by a direct visualizing polymeric flow according to the light polarization.
